Returns & Exchanges Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item(s). Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition: unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt. Please include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond promptly with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on where to send the item.
- Ship the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide. Please include the return authorization number on the package.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement exchange.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. You can expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days after we process it. The timing may vary depending on your card issuer or PayPal.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of our community, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their nature:
- Grass Seed: Once opened, bags of grass seed cannot be returned for quality and hygiene reasons.
- Hydroponic Growing Media: Opened packages of growing media (e.g., clay pellets, rockwool) are not eligible for return.
- Landscaping Supplies: Bulk materials like Landscape Rocks that are customized or ordered in large quantities are final sale.
- Live Goods: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Indoor Plants or Garden Flowers for obvious reasons of perishability.
All sales on clearance items are final.
Please Note: This policy applies to all orders shipped to locations within our service area (global, excluding Asia and some remote locations).
