  • Free Shipping
    Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    Delivery timeframe: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products, from our sturdy Elevated Garden Beds to our precision Gardening Tools. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item(s). To be eligible, items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt. Please include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will respond promptly with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on where to send the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide. Please be sure to write the RA number clearly on the package.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement exchange.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

You can expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days after we process it. The timing may vary depending on your card issuer or PayPal.

Please Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of our entire gardening community, the following items are non-returnable due to their nature:

  • Grass Seed: Opened bags cannot be returned for quality and hygiene reasons.
  • Hydroponic Growing Media: Opened packages (e.g., clay pellets, rockwool) are not eligible for return.
  • Landscaping Supplies: Bulk materials like Landscape Rocks that are customized or ordered in large quantities are final sale.
  • Live Goods: We cannot accept returns on Indoor Plants or Garden Flowers due to their perishable nature.
  • Clearance Items: All sales on clearance items are final.
