• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

Shipping Areas

We ship globally except to Asia and certain remote locations. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on local customs and postal services.

Risk of Loss

All products purchased from our store are delivered by a third-party carrier. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Timeframe

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your item(s).

Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• Unused and unassembled
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened bags of Grass Seed

• Customized or bulk Landscape Rocks
• Live goods (Indoor Plants and Garden Flowers)

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Provide your order number and product details
3. Wait for instructions and Return Authorization (RA) number
4. Ship the item to the provided address with the RA number clearly marked

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
